Our graduate programme

If you join us here at Kirk Rice, you can expect to receive fully funded study support and paid leave to attend classes, we have an excellent relationship with our learning provider and they go out of their way to ensure that our graduates can excel while learning, both in class and on the ground at work.

You may initially join our accounting, taxation, or outsourced accounting services team but wherever your career begins, you will have the chance to gain relevant professional expertise and advisory skills.

We work across most sectors including technology, manufacturing, charities, property and construction and UK subsidiaries of international businesses.

Our graduates receive regular performance feedback and biannual salary reviews as they progress through their qualifications.

Our Partners are approachable and actively involved with their teams, meaning that our graduates can learn from them and work alongside them, from the earliest days of their career with us.

We will wholly support you in developing the professional career that you desire and once qualified, we can offer you ample further career progression opportunities across our London and Thames Valley sites, up to and including senior manager and Partner roles.

What we're looking for

We require a 2:1 degree in any discipline, 3 A’ Levels (or the equivalent) at grade B or above, and English and Maths GCSEs at grades 9-4. Equivalent international qualifications are welcome.

We also want to know more about you, your life, your loves and your aspirations, our team is made up of many individuals but together, we make Kirk Rice what it is.
