Your new company
A great opportunity to join a team in north Oxford, within the automotive industry.
Your new role

  • Administer the AP function, including supplier setup, to ensure all invoices are matched with PO's
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare weekly and urgent payment requests ensuring timely payments
  • Credit card expenses
  • Assist with month end creditor reconciliations
  • Manage the intercompany cross charge process
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1 years' office / finance experience or desire to study AAT
  • You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Good communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience of using an accounting system is desirable
