(Whilst we prefer that applicants will have, or are on course to achieve, a 2:1 degree a 2:2 degree will be considered so this should not be a barrier that prevents you from applying). We will look at your academic results alongside your personal characteristics and soft skills which we consider to be of equal importance.
As well as the necessary qualifications you will need to have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the training contract.
