Are you an Audit Semi Senior who is an ACA Audit Finalist with no more than 4 exams remaining until qualified, currently acting as an Audit Semi Senior and in your 3rd year of employment, looking to upgrade to a large Top 20 international practice where you can carry out a high profile and varied audit bias role? Are you looking for a role with great future progression and will provide you with excellent support and training so you can finish your remaining exams in the quickest time possible and become a highly skilled qualified accountant? Are you keen to upgrade to a large firm (over 400 staff) and work in an audit bias role where you can finish your ACA exams and become fully qualified? Are you keen to gain exposure to a mixed portfolio of clients from sectors such as technology, property, financial services, real estate, media, entertainment, retail, renewable energy and professional practices? If so this large Top 20 firm based in Zone 1 Central London, with a growing and very successful Audit department is looking to expand and recruit an ambitious new Audit Semi Senior to join the team due to many impressive new business wins from larger competitors. Reporting directly to Manager and Partner level, your role will be varied and include leading small audits from planning to completion, carrying out testing on larger audits, statutory accounts preparations from start to finish and other ad hoc duties when required. You will liaise directly with clients, work in teams and on smaller assignments work independently. Your role will be varied, challenging, yet hugely enjoyable. The firm also offer flexible working / hybrid working for all staff and you can work 2 days from home a week, sometimes more. They also offer all staff a great work life balance and much shorter working hours compared to other large firms.

To be considered for this new role (November 2023) you must be an ACA finalist with no more than 4 exams remaining until qualified. You will be acting as an Audit Semi Senior or Audit Senior and you must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in a good quality accountancy firm in a role, at least 40% - 50% audit based. Ideally you will have strong academics and currently be working in either an audit based role or a mixed general practice role which includes audit and accounts. You must be professional, dedicated to your career and looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 20 firm to assume a varied, challenging yet highly rewarding position.  You must also be looking for study support for your remaining professional exams.

This large Top 20 international practice based in a prime location in Central London is growing at a rapid rate, particularly their expanding Audit department. They are winning a large volume of new clients from many of their competitors and can offer you the chance to work on and advise many interesting London and international based clients. Their client base is varied and includes all industries from large listed companies to smaller SME / OMB clients. Promotional prospects are very strong and you will be given every opportunity to progress to a higher grade in a short space of time. Overall this is an excellent opportunity for a finalist Audit Semi Senior or Audit Senior to join a growing entrepreneurial Top 20 practice and receive study support for your remaining ACA exams, carry out a high profile and rewarding new audit and advisory based position with great progression and learning opportunities on offer.
