Job Details

We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist. If you have more, less or different experiences, but really relevant skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We work flexibly and will help you to find a healthy balance of remote working and time in our fantastic Southampton office, collaborating, taking part in events and getting to know people that makes working with us so rewarding. As part of the Finance Business Partnering team, the Senior Analyst will oversee the planning, forecasting and performance analysis for primarily the Technology department.

  • Review financial results & support understanding of performance drivers and variances, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk
  • Support the capital planning and forecasting process
  • Support other areas of the business performance agenda as required including Strategic Plans, Operating Plans, and Supplier contract agreement processes.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

Company

Holidays are one of life’s greatest pleasures. Having the chance to relax, escape and explore is a magical thing. And there’s no better holiday than a cruise. No one knows cruising like Carnival UK, where diverse and talented people come together to create unforgettable holiday happiness. As part of the world’s largest holiday company, we take enormous pride in being the operating company for P&O Cruises and Cunard, bringing to life these iconic brands from Britain’s rich seafaring heritage.

Our Culture Essentials set clear expectations for us all. These and our purpose; to create unforgettable holiday happiness, are daily reminders of the incredible experiences we create on board. To stay closely connected to these we enjoy our own happiness ashore with fun and immersive events that bring the cruise experience to life. Our relaxed office atmosphere encourages collaboration and creativity, with hybrid and flexible working enabling opportunities for personal and professional projects.

Flexible to our tasks and team, we spend at least two days a week in our fantastic Southampton-based head office. A short stroll from the city centre and cruise terminals, we’ve architect-designed collaboration spaces, tech-smart meeting rooms and bookable independent workstations. Our huge atrium hosts events and live performances, and there’s an onsite restaurant offering healthy cooked and grab and go meals. And our ships regularly sail past our windows; quite the sight to see!
