No one knows cruising like Carnival UK, where diverse and talented people come together to create unforgettable holiday happiness. As part of the world’s largest holiday company, we take enormous pride in being the operating company for P&O Cruises and Cunard, bringing to life these iconic brands from Britain’s rich seafaring heritage.

Our Culture Essentials set clear expectations for us all. These and our purpose; to create unforgettable holiday happiness, are daily reminders of the incredible experiences we create on board. To stay closely connected to these we enjoy our own happiness ashore with fun and immersive events that bring the cruise experience to life. Our relaxed office atmosphere encourages collaboration and creativity, with hybrid and flexible working enabling opportunities for personal and professional projects.

Flexible to our tasks and team, we spend at least two days a week in our fantastic Southampton-based head office. A short stroll from the city centre and cruise terminals, we’ve architect-designed collaboration spaces, tech-smart meeting rooms and bookable independent workstations. Our huge atrium hosts events and live performances, and there’s an onsite restaurant offering healthy cooked and grab and go meals. And our ships regularly sail past our windows; quite the sight to see!
