Your Daily Adventure:

As our Audit Junior, you'll be at the forefront of our mission. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Conducting audits for small and medium-sized entities in line with International Standards on Auditing. (We are happy to upskill and train you if required)
• Expertly analysing financial statements and internal controls, pinpointing risks, and devising effective strategies for mitigation.
• Precisely executing assignments within agreed timelines.
• Mentoring and nurturing junior talents, fostering their growth within the academy.
• Cultivating and managing strong client relationships, addressing queries, and conveying audit findings seamlessly.

The Individual: 

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic candidate who is committed to providing outstanding client service, whilst concurrently taking responsibility for their own personal development. You will be provided training, which means that if you have the skills and experience outlined, however have not conducted extensive audits, we are happy to upskill you. You will have a strong background in audit and accounts preparation, who can lead an audit from the planning to completion stage. We are looking for someone who is studying towards their AAT or any other accounting body qualification. We will support the successful candidate to complete their qualification and get qualified.
