Are you an ACA Part Qualified Audit Semi Senior or Audit & Accounts Senior from a good quality accountancy firm, looking to upgrade to a medium to large size practice where you can carry out a high profile and varied new role consisting of audit, accounts and advisory based projects? Are you looking for a firm which will offer you study support for your remaining professional exams, and doesn’t mind if you have failed a few exams? Are you looking for a role with great future progression and will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your existing skillset? Are you keen to work on a mixed portfolio of clients including sectors such as Technology and Property but has a very strong focus on Media, Entertainment, Sport, Theatre, Film & TV and Creative clients? If so this accountancy firm with over 120 staff and a growing and very successful Audit and Accounts department is looking to expand and recruit an ambitious new Part Qualified Audit Semi Senior / Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join the team due to many impressive new business wins from larger competitors. Reporting directly to Manager and Partner level, your role will be varied and include leading smaller audit assignments from planning to completion, audit testing on larger and more complex audits, reviewing more junior staff work, statutory accounts preparations and exposure to advisory projects. The firm also offer flexible working / hybrid working for all staff, as well as structured career progression and regular salary increases. The firm have had great success with candidates looking to relocate to London from other parts of the UK.
To be considered for this new role (September 2023) you must be an ACA part qualified Audit & Accounts Semi Senior or Audit Semi Senior. You must currently be working for a good quality accountancy firm in a role at least 30% to 40% audit based. You must also have experience of audit and accounts assignments. Ideally you will have strong academics and a good pass rate in your ACA exams, although the firm will consider candidates who have failed a few exams. You must be professional, dedicated to your career and looking to upgrade to a very good quality medium size firm based in an easily accessible location where you will assume a varied, challenging yet highly rewarding position with study support and great progression and learning opportunities on offer.
This international practice is growing at a rapid rate, particularly their expanding Audit and Accounts department. They are winning a large volume of new clients from many of their competitors and can offer you the chance to work on and advise many interesting London and international based clients. Their client base is varied and includes all industries from large listed companies to smaller SME / OMB clients, being very high profile Film, TV, Media, Entertainment, Music, Sport, Theatre and Creative clients.
