Successful applicants are offered a training contract with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) under a Level 7 Accounting Professional Apprenticeship. The average length of service at Sagars is 10 years, testament to the flexible and supportive working environment that we’ve created. Four of our current partners and directors, and many of our senior managers, joined us as graduates – proof of the excellent career prospects that exist for the right people.
We receive a great number of applications annually therefore the competition for a trainee position is strong. We accept applicants from any degree background, along with the following entry requirements:
- Minimum ABB at A-Level (or equivalent) 2:1 degree with honours (with offers made conditional on final degree results) A growth mindset with a desire to learn, develop and grow professionally A passion for providing awesome client service
