Job Details
Gilberts, a long-established and well regarded firm of Chartered Accountants, based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, are seeking to recruit two Trainee Chartered Accountants to join our highly successful Training Program.
We use a leading firm of accountancy tutors to help you prepare and pass your examinations, combining home study and study leave to attend courses throughout the duration of your three year training contract. At the same time you will receive excellent work experience, working alongside our qualified staff you will liaise with a wide range of clients and produce statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, perform audits and assisting with general ad hoc accountancy tasks.
You will need:
Minimum 2.1 Degree - we do not specify the subject
Minimum 120 new tariff UCAS points
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good IT abilities
Willingness to handle responsibility
Passion to succeed.
