Graduate Trainee Accountant – East London Practice

Are you a recent University graduate looking for your first accountancy position in a very good quality medium size accountancy firm based in East London, that specialises in working with very high profile media, entertainment, creative, music, Film, TV and Sports Clients? Are you looking to join a good quality accountancy firm in East London that will provide you with AAT and then ACA study support via the apprenticeship scheme? Are you keen to work in a mixed role where you will be trained so you can complete bookkeeping and VAT assignments as well as prepare statutory accounts, tax returns and other interesting accountancy assignments? Are you keen to work in a hybrid role which will allow you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, and be based in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which is very supportive with full training provided? Based in a good quality accountancy firm with over 100 staff in an easily accessible East London location in Zone 3, you will gain exposure to very high profile clients that are on the TV, Radio and in Films. You will work with many private clients as well as corporate businesses.  Overall your role will be varied and challenging, and full training and support will be provided in order for you to carry out this role to a high level.

To be considered for this new role (January 2023) you must be a recent University graduate with strong academics. Your degree can be accountancy or non accountancy related. You must be professional, have good communication skills, have a strong academic background, be a team player and be able to follow instructions. You must also be looking to work and study for a professional qualification (the AAT then ACA). You must be looking to work on a wide variety of good quality clients, take on responsibility at a rapid pace and be looking for promotion in the future. You must also live within commutable distance from Zone 3 East London.
