ACA Part Qualified Accounts Semi Senior – Top 20 firm

Are you a part qualified ACA with at least 2 years of experience in practice looking to upgrade to a Top 20 London (City based) practice in a large and high profile business services and accounts department? If so, this growing international Top 20 accountancy practice firm based in a prime location in the City is looking to recruit a new Accounts Semi Senior due to impressive growth over the last few years and winning new clients from competitor firms. Your role will be varied and will include preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, supervising juniors on bookkeeping work and various reports, analysis and business management assignments for a wide range of very interesting clients. Your role will be varied and challenging, and training will be provided where necessary. You will work in a large team that will provide you with many growth and development opportunities in the future. The firm also offers Flexible / hybrid working allowing all staff to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (and often 2 days in the office and 3 days from home). The firm have had great success recruiting candidates from smaller firm backgrounds and candidates relocating to London from regional practice firms.

To be considered for this newly created Accounts Semi Senior role (January 2023) it is likely you will be a part qualified ACA with at least 2 years experience working for a UK based practice firm, and have experience of the above duties, particularly preparing statutory accounts (and ideally management accounts) from scratch and completing corporation tax and VAT returns. Experience of a wide range of cloud based software packages, including Xero, Sage One and Quickbooks Online, would be an advantage but training will be provided if necessary. You must now be looking to upgrade to a large Top 20 practice where you can continue with your accountancy career, work in a friendly and sociable team and receive great opportunities to progress.
