Are you an Audit Semi Senior / Audit Trainee with at least 12 months experience in a good quality practice, currently studying for the first 4 to 6 exams of the ACA qualification but havnt started studying for your 7th exam? Or are you AAT qualified with exemptions and looking to start your ACA exams? Do you have first time passes in all ACA exams to date? Are you looking to leave your current firm, transfer your training contract and finish your remaining ACA exams with a supportive and reputable Top 10 firm? Are you keen to move to a firm based in Central London where you can continue with your training and development, learn new skills and progress in the future? If so, this expanding international practice, with lovely offices and a structured career path for all staff, is currently looking to recruit an Audit Semi Senior / Audit Trainee with a strong ACA exam history who is no further than completing their certificate level exams. Based in the audit and assurance department, your role will be audit based and will include being trained so you can complete all stages of the audit process and start to lead smaller audits yourself in the immediate future. You will also gain exposure to a large number of advisory based projects and one off assignments. You will work on clients with turnovers from £20m up to £400m (although some international groups are significantly larger), to include many international businesses, complex groups and IFRS exposure. Your client base will be completely mixed, and you will gain exposure to sectors such as property, media, entertainment, technology, renewable energy, mining, oil, gas, gaming and many more. To start with you will mainly carry out the testing stage of the audit process but you will quickly be trained so you can start to complete the planning and completion stages. Your role will be between 90% and 100% audit and advisory based.

To be considered for this new role (November 2022) you must have completed no more than the first 6 exams of the ACA qualification, and you MUST have first time passes in all ACA exams to date (and be able to prove this via your ICAEW exam transcript). Ideally you will have passed between 4 and 6 of the first ACA exams. You also must not have started studying for your 7th exam. It is likely you will currently be working for a medium or large sized firm, in a role at least 50% audit based. It is likely you will have between 12 and 24 months experience in a good quality practice. The firm will also consider smaller firm candidates as long as their current role is at least 50% audit based. You must have experience of at least audit testing (planning and completion would be an advantage but not essential). You must also have a strong academic background including a 2i or 1st class degree. You will be given every opportunity at this firm to acquire new skills and progress to a higher level at a rapid pace, and you will be given top rate training and support so that you pass your remaining ACA exams at first attempt. The firm will also look at AAT qualified Audit Semi Seniors looking to start the ACA.

This growing Top 10 international accountancy firm with over 400 staff has a great reputation for being a friendly and supportive place to work and providing their staff with challenging and varied roles. You will work in a friendly and growing team, and you can expect to work on an interesting array of clients from a wide range of industries. The Audit & Assurance department is growing at a rapid rate due to many new business wins from larger accountancy firms. Overall this is a unique opportunity for a good quality Audit Semi Senior / Audit Trainee who has passed no more than the first 6 ACA exams, to join a leading Top 10 international practice, finish all your remaining ACA exams and carry out a high profile role with great future opportunities on offer.
