People in Deals
We are looking for Senior Associates and Managers to join our team.
Our PwC People in Deals team supports clients by deploying HR expertise in an M&A environment. We deliver end-to-end HR services, across the entire deals lifecycle, delivering value through Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations, Carve-Outs/Separations, Restructuring programmes and an array of other transactions and transformation initiatives.
Our team’s experts cover a variety of HR and pension areas such as workforce planning, employee transfers, organisational design, engagement and culture, retention, compensation & benefits, HR service delivery, employee relations, and HR systems and processes.
As deals experts we have designed and overseen hundreds of successful deals, from developing the right people strategy to ensuring that the deal is executed seamlessly with a clear value focus. We support companies to implement changes that will deliver people synergies and improvements long after the deal is signed.
