ICAEW Internship 2022

As an undergraduate student, your journey to becoming an ICAEW Chartered Accountant typically begins by finding an opportunity to train with one of our 6,000 authorised employers. We partner with your employer to develop your knowledge, skills, and experience as you progress through the ACA qualification. Many employers see internships as the most reliable way to find candidates for their graduate vacancies and is a great way for you to show employers you have a passion for accountancy as well as their organisation.

To support you on your journey, ICAEW teamed up with top employers in the UK and around the globe to offer 50 penultimate year university students studying in the UK a paid internship.

Each intern, being paid a minimum of the national living wage, can commit to over 15 hours a week for a minimum of four weeks with their matched employer from August 2022. You will be trusted to take ownership of insightful and challenging client work, get stuck into a big team project with your fellow interns, complete a module from our ACA qualification, and analyse matters from a business perspective to recognise what makes organisations tick.

Each internship will be unique. We have a variety of opportunities available which range from fully remote, office based, and flexible working. Throughout the screening process, we will work closely with you to find an internship which will be most suitable for you and your circumstances.
