Equitix Management Services provides financial, operational and construction management services to Special Purpose Vehicles ("SPVs") throughout the Infrastructure and Public Private Partnership industries. Established in October 2014, EMS has built on initial experience in the education and healthcare sectors to develop broader expertise in social housing, government accommodation, street lighting, student accommodation and renewable energy sectors. EMS operates at the heart of social infrastructure in the UK, delivering schools, hospitals, waste to energy plants and solar farms amongst its growing portfolio.

EMS has over 130 projects under management with services being delivered by a multi-disciplined team around 100 people, and generates a turnover in the region of £10m per annum. The head office is in London with regional offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham, as well as an expanding subsidiary business in Italy.
