JS2 is a unique and innovative firm of Chartered Accountants working almost exclusively with the social enterprise and not for profit sector, providing finance support and outsourced finance solutions. We act as Finance Directors for many clients and provide payroll, finance support, and management / statutory accounting services. The company has grown consistently on the back of its market reputation. The firm was founded in 1997 to provide quality director-led accounting services to the not for profit sector. Our staff are largely based in our Woking office, meaning our overheads are lower than practices offering similar services based in London. This enables us to pass savings onto our clients by way of more competitive fees. However, our office is 30 minutes by train from Central London and based close to the M25 and Heathrow, allowing us to readily visit clients’ premises throughout Central London and the rest of the UK. We have a team of 30 staff who are dedicated to providing services to our charity and not for profit clients. Our size allows us to present a flexible and personal service, and enables our directors and managers to provide a significant amount of face time. In order to allow us to work closely alongside senior management and the Board as part of their team, we have elected not to provide audit services to avoid potential conflicts of interest. This allows the auditors to carry out a truly independent review at the best possible price and with the minimum amount of disruption to our clients. We believe this enables us to provide a better service and also allows the Trustees to demonstrate best practice in governance. Overall our structure and location ensures that our clients receive a high quality service at a sensible cost. We are able to present a personal service that our clients value, which has been the foundation to JS2’s success and development.
